The self-balancing vehicle patrol and law enforcement method comprises: according to location information and time, entering a law enforcement state; activating self-balancing; searching for a stationary regulation-violating vehicle; photographing the license plate number of the regulation-violating vehicle; printing a citation of violation and sending penalty information to the corresponding vehicle owner.
