A self-capacitance type embedded touch screen, a preparation method therefor, and a liquid crystal display comprising the embedded touch screen. The touch screen comprises an array substrate (30). The array substrate (30) comprises a glass substrate (1), a thin-film transistor (2) disposed on the glass substrate (1), and a pixel electrode (3) electrically connected to the thin-film transistor (2). A planarization layer (4) is disposed between the pixel electrode (3) and the thin-film transistor (2), wherein a transparent touch sensing electrode (7), a first insulating layer (6), a second insulating layer (8), and a metallic connecting wire (5) are sequentially disposed on the planarization layer (4). The metallic connecting wire (5) is electrically connected to the touch sensing electrode (7) by means of a via hole, wherein the first insulating layer (6) extends to a position between the planarization layer (4) and the pixel electrode (3), the second insulating layer (8) extends to the pixel electrode (3), the touch sensing electrode (7) is further configured as a common electrode, and the touch sensing electrode (7) is configured to transfer a common voltage Vcom and a touch scanning signal in different time periods within a display time of a frame of picture.
