Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-capacitive touchscreen structure, comprising multiple self-capacitive electrodes in an array arrangement and mutually insulated from each other and a touch detection chip. Each self-capacitive electrode is connected to the touch detection chip via a connecting trace. The self-capacitive electrodes are electrically connected to the corresponding connecting traces via at least one via. For self-capacitive electrodes of a same row, in an order moving away from the touch detection chip, the cross-sectional area of the connecting trace connected to the subsequent self-capacitive electrode is greater than the cross-sectional area of the connecting trace connected to the previous self-capacitive electrode, thus allowing the resistances of the connecting traces between the self-capacitive electrodes and the touch detection chip to be nearly identical. Also disclosed are an embedded touchscreen and a liquid crystal display that comprise the described self-capacitive touchscreen structure.
