Abstract:
According to the present invention, a change detection means 810 detects changes in the display states of products on the basis of captured images that are captured of the products. On the basis of the changes in the display states of the products detected by the change detection means 810 and of people included in the captured images or people for whom in-store flow lines have been detected, a rearrangement detection means 820 detects when products have been returned to different locations than the locations from which the products were taken. A shopping list generation means 830 uses shelving information for product shelves on which the products have been arranged to specify products for which have been detected changes in display state that were the result of the people having picked up the products, performs registration processing for registering the specified products on shopping lists that correspond to the people, and, on the basis of the shelving information and of detection results from the rearrangement detection means 820, performs deletion processing for deleting products that have been returned to different locations than the locations from which the products were taken from the shopping lists that correspond to the people.
