Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-circulation liquid-cooled permanent magnet motor, comprising a stator (2) and a rotor (1). The stator (2) is sleeved onto an outside of the rotor (1). The rotor (1) comprises a metal rotor and a metal main shaft (11), and the metal rotor is sleeved onto and connected to an outside of the metal main shaft (11). The stator (2) is provided with a liquid pumping chamber (4). A liquid inlet port (231) is provided in the middle part of the liquid pumping chamber (4), a liquid outlet port (232) is provided at an edge position of the liquid pumping chamber (4), and a pump impeller (15) made of a heat sink material and connected to the rotor main shaft (11) is provided in the liquid pumping chamber (4). The pump impeller made of the heat sink material is immersed in a low-temperature environment of the liquid pumping chamber; therefore, as long as the motor is rotating and working, a cooling liquid is continuously circulating under the action of the pump impeller to dissipate the heat of the rotor, thus preventing failure of the permanent magnet due to demagnetization.
