AMENDED CLAIMS

received by the International Bureau on 21.10.2020

Claims:

1. A self cooking device, said self cooking device comprising: a hollow tube chamber; a gully chamber; wherein the gully chamber is connected to the hollow tube chamber through a plurality of tubes or T-tube which are arranged beneath an internal boundary of rib; and a sensor unit; wherein the sensor unit is positioned at a center of a“base” or with a“liquid balancing member” for sensing a required flow' rate of liquid including at least one of water, oil at a desired temperature within a cooking interval for restricting flow of liquid and power supply w herein the“liquid balancing member” is arranged horizontally under the hollow tube chamber which is capable of storing liquid to the gully chamber by using the tubes /T -tubes arranged beneath the ribs by moving the“liquid balancing member” towards the base of the device or a vessel, and wherein air insertion flow' rate is adjusted by fixing a movable foldable cover at desired height of T tubes.

2. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, w'herein the plurality of inward-outward tubes and T-tubes are disposed in the holes beneath an“internal boundary of the rib” in order to facilitate a supply of a desired amount of liquid to the gully chamber each time when the“liquid balancing member” moves tow'ards the base.

3. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1 w'herein a plurality of ribs/set of ribs are arranged on the base between the internal boundary and an external boundary of the device in order to provide the gully chamber means for performing various functions of cooking, grinding, frying, cutting and mixing.

4. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensor unit comprises a conical shaped semi-conducting bar with the sensors in order to obtain temperature variations at each point between a top dead end (TDE) and a bottom dead end (BDE) of the conical bar.

5. The self cooking device as claimed in any of the preceding claims, w'herein the sensor unit comprises: a conical shaped semi-conducting body with sensors; and a T-tube arrangement; wherein conical shaped semi-conducting body with sensors are positioned in parallel to the T- tube at the desired height in order to sense the liquid level and temperature which is equalized by T-tube for switching on/off the heating.

6. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a stirring unit for turning, twisting, grinding, cutting and mixing of the food content by means of a controlled movement of the blades, stones, and brushes into the gully chamber.

7. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the tube and T-tube arranged beneath the internal and an external boundary of the rib further comprises: a plurality of holes provided along an axis of the T- tube; and the movable foldable cover is configured for sealing; wherein said movable cover is disposed over the T-tube for providing a separation between holes of the T- tubes and external gully chamber at a desired height in order to obtain a required flow rate.

8. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tube/T-tube is disposed in the holes present beneath the internal and an external boundary of the rib for sensing, steaming and spraying operation.

9. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of the tube/T-tube is arranged beneath the internal and an external boundary of the rib which is further connected to a motor/pump for sparing the liquid into the gully chamber for performing a washing and a cleaning operation.

10. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a stirring assembly arranged on top of the hollow' tube chamber, wherein the stirring assembly comprises: a fixing plate for closing the hollow tube chamber, wherein a base holder (490) is provided to hold other assemblies such as a chopping-grinding; a stirring shaft (430) mounted on an edge of the fixing plate or a fixing plate casing (420) on peripheral of which insertion is provided; wherein each insertion having a shaft (430) which communicates with the circular“shaft propelling member”(450) and a lower ring housing (460) and a upper ring housing (470 ) at the outer position; and wherein the lower ring housing (460) and the upper ring housing (470 ) are positioned over the gully chamber for providing stirring and grinding operation by rotating the circular“shaft propelling member”(450) between the lower ring housing (460) and the upper ring housing (470).

11. The self cooking device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a stirring assembly, wherein the stirring assembly is arrange on the top of the hollow tube chamber, the stirring assembly comprises: a fixing plate and/or the fixing plate casing for closing the hollow tube chamber, the fixing plate comprises: shaft (430) extending outside from the fixing plate towardsthe lower ring housing (460) and the upper ring housing (470 ), and wherein shaft (430) is configured to connect with the circular “shaft propelling member” (450) provided at the base of the lower ring housing (460) and the upper ring housing (470); and wherein fixing casing (420) is arranged on a top of the stirring-fixing plate to cover the stirring-grinding assembly.

12. The self cooking device as claimed in any of the previous claims, further comprising a non slip jaw -pad and an adjustable rod means for providing adhesion and positioning to the“stirring unit” in comparison to the height and position of any other vessel /gully chamber.

13. A method of manufacturing the self-cooking devices for cooking comprising following step in a sequence set forth:

Providing an electro-mechanical arrangement comprising a vertically arranged hollow tube body and an internal boundary of rib; and

Providing a plurality of tubes and T-tube in holes presented beneath the internal boundary of the rib;

Wherein the T-tube/ tubes are coupled with said hollow tube chamber in order to provide a path for distribution of liquid including at least one of water, oil at both sides of the internal boundary of the ribs.
