Abstract:

A self-cooling pressure reducing valve is provided, applicable to an oil/coal chemical device in an industrial mining enterprise, and comprising a cooling valve core (1), an upper bonnet (2), a guide bonnet (3), a valve body (4), a cooling valve seat (5), an air guide sleeve (6), and a turbine cooling device (8). The cooling valve core (1) comprises a valve core (12) and a valve core cooling fin (13). The cooling valve seat (5) comprises a valve seat bushing (14), a valve seat housing (15), a heat pipe (16), and a valve seat cooling fin (17). A plurality of heat pipes (16) fixed to the valve seat cooling fin (17) are circumferentially disposed outside the valve seat bushing (14). The turbine cooling device (8) comprises a fan housing (18) and a turbine (19) disposed at a medium inlet. A medium is used to drive the turbine (19) such that the fan housing (18) is driven to rotate. The air guide sleeve (6) disposed in an outermost position directionally guides airflow such that the valve core cooling fin (13) and the valve seat cooling fin (17) are cooled. In addition, the turbine (19) consumes kinetic energy of the medium such that pressure thereof is effectively reduced, increasing the service life of the valve core (12).
