A self-damping hardware hinge, comprising a hinge arm and a hinge cup. The hinge arm and the hinge cup are hingedly connected by means of a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; a reset torsion spring is provided at the position where the first connecting rod and the hinge arm are hingedly connected; the reset torsion spring always drives the hinge cup to deflect towards the hinge arm; a fixed sleeve is further fixedly mounted in the hinge arm; a mounting hole is formed on an end face of the fixed sleeve; a damping cylinder is mounted in the mounting hole; a sliding sleeve is further slidably sleeved on the fixed sleeve; a pressing plate pressed on the damping cylinder is provided on the rear end of the sliding sleeve; connecting plates are provided on both sides of the sliding sleeve; the connecting plates protrude out of both sides of the sliding sleeve; driving arms extending upwardly are provided on both sides of the second connecting rod; and the driving arms contact the connecting plates. The beneficial effect of the present unitality model is that: since a miniature damper is sleeved in the fixed sleeve, a force receiving area of the miniature damper is increased, so that power transmission between the damper and the hinge is more stable and efficient.
