Abstract:
Provided are a self degradation-type CDK9 inhibitor prodrug and a liposome encapsulating same. The present invention pertains to a compound represented by formula (1), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof [in the formula, R1 represents an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group, R2 and R3 are identical or different from each other, and each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an optionally substituted C1-6 alkyl group, X represents CH2 or an oxygen atom, n represents 1 or 2, p represents 0, 1, or 2, q represents 1 or 2, r represents 0, 1, or 2, and, when X represents an oxygen atom, q represents 2].
