Abstract:
A semi-trailer with a discharge apparatus comprises a frame (1), a carriage (2) mounted on the frame, and the discharge apparatus (3). The discharge apparatus comprises a driven sprocket (31) and a driving sprocket (32) mounted at front and rear ends of the frame, a hydraulic motor (30) connected to the driving sprocket, and two transmission chains (33) winding on the driven sprocket and the driving sprocket. Outer chain plates of the transmission chains are classified into two types: one is conventional outer chain plate (333'), and the other is irregularly-shaped outer chain plate (333). One or more conventional outer chain plates are arranged between two irregularly-shaped outer chain plates. A circumferential outer round of rollers (331) of the chains protrudes from upper and lower edges of an inner chain plate or the conventional outer chain plates. The irregularly-shaped outer chain plates are provided with plate ears (3331) outer planes of which are higher than the circumferential outer rounds of the rollers. A carrier plate (34) is fixed on the plate ears. A rubber track (35) is fixed on the carrier plate. Two guide rails (36) fixed on the frame support the rollers. The semi-trailer abandons a support roll, simplifies a structure and reduces manufacturing costs.
