Abstract:
A self-discharging carriage includes a carriage body (1), a back cover (2, 28) and a front hydraulic lifting device. The carriage body (1) is provided with back cover lifting devices (21,23; 40,41), which are used to lift the back cover (2, 28) so that when the carriage body (1) is lifted by the front hydraulic lifting device to discharge, the discharging mouth at the back of the carriage body (1) is augmented. The self-discharging carriage can have a unitary carriage body structure, or a combined structure with a front carriage body (43,50,53,65) and a back carriage hopper (44,51,54,66). When loading large cargo, a combined structure of the carriage body is adopted. When discharging, first lift the back carriage hopper (44,51,54,66), and then discharge part of the cargo without lifting the front carriage body (43,50,53,65) and alleviate the total weight of the cargo in the carriage body (1), so as to make the center of gravity relatively lowered when the carriage body (1) is lifted and increase the stability while discharging. The lifting of the back carriage hopper (44,51,54,66) can make the discharging mouth augmented to convenience the discharging of large cargo. When discharging the small cargo, the carriage structure can be directly lifted to discharge through the back cover to increase the discharging speed.
