A self-drilling screw (10) with two or more angles is disclosed. The self-drilling screw (10) comprises a head part (11), a rod (12), a screw thread (121) formed on the rod (12) and extended axially, and a self-drilling end part (13) whose front part has two or more angles. The front part of the self-drilling end part (13) is provided with a positioning head (131). The positioning head (131) has a certain angle for positioning and can be used to prevent producing offset which influences accuracy in locking process. Plain edges (132) and lateral edges (133) extending symmetrically at each side of the positioning head (131) are provided. The plain edges (132) on two sides of the positioning head form an inclination with a certain angle. The lateral edges (133) are the end parts converging by the extension of the plain edges (132) and one side of the self-drilling end part (13). The lateral edges (133) not only discharge the chips cut by the plain edges (132), but also enhance the whole structure.
