Abstract:

A self-driving microfluidic detection device and a use thereof. The device comprises: an upper cover (1), a bottom plate (2) fixed below the upper cover (1), an interlayer (3) provided between the upper cover (1) and the bottom plate (2), a sample addition hole (4) provided on the upper cover (1), a microfluidic flow guide assembly connected to the sample addition hole (4), a sampling slot (7) provided on the interlayer (3) and located corresponding to the microfluidic flow guide assembly, a functional chamber (8) provided on the interlayer (3) and connected to the microfluidic flow guide assembly, and chromatographic test strips (9) connected to the microfluidic flow guide assembly; and the microfluidic diversion assembly comprises: a capillary flow guide channel (5) and an on-off connector (6) connected to the capillary flow guide channel (5) and controlling the on and off of the capillary flow guide channel (5). The device achieves the accurate control of sample addition and detection processes, improves the detection accuracy, can be quickly and simply operated without professional training, is safe and reliable, can perform detection on various samples, and has a very wide application range.
