Abstract:
A self-edge-sealing quantum dot film having a quantum dot layer, wherein a water and oxygen barrier layer is arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the quantum dot layer, the quantum dot layer is composed of liquid microcapsules, quantum dots, dispersed particles, a matrix resin and a film forming aid, the liquid microcapsules are uniformly distributed in the quantum dot layer, the liquid microcapsules are each provided with a liquid capsule core, and a solid capsule wall is arranged outside each liquid capsule core. When the film is cut, the liquid microcapsules at the cut are cut open, the film-forming liquid in the liquid microcapsules seeps out and fuses, the liquid homogeneously infiltrating the edge of the film under the action of surface tension, and then, under normal temperature, heating or ultraviolet irradiation conditions, the liquid is cured to form a film, and serves to seal the edge of the quantum dot film.
