Abstract:
A self-flushing tank and a machine tool cooling machine. The self-flushing tank comprises a tank body (9). A liquid inlet (6) and a liquid outlet are formed in the tank body (9). The self-flushing tank further comprises: at least one chipping discharging portion (1), wherein the chipping discharging portion (1) is provided with a chipping discharging surface (2), at least part of the chipping discharging surface (2) is inclined to the horizontal plane, and the chipping discharging portion (1) is provided at the inner side of the tank body (9) and located at the bottom of the tank body (9); a liquid draining port (3) used for draining flushing liquid in the tank body (9) and formed below at least part of the chipping discharging portion (1), so that chippings and impurities sliding from the chipping discharging surface (2) can be discharged via the liquid draining port (3); and a heating device (4) mounted on the tank body (9) and used for heating the flushing liquid in the tank body (9). The self-flushing tank solves the problem in the prior art that chippings and impurities are easily adhered to the bottom of an oil tank and are hard to wash, facilitates cleaning the chippings and impurities in an oil cooling chassis device of a machine tool and keeping an oil channel clean, and improving the circulating efficiency of hydraulic oil in the oil channel.
