Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a self-fusion graphene fiber and a preparation method therefor. Dried oxidized graphene fibers are immersed in solvents; after swelling, the fibers are picked out and overlapped together; after being dried, the oxidized graphene fibers are fused and bonded together, and then are further reduced to obtain self-fusion graphene fibers. The entire self-fusion process may be quickly completed within one minute without adding additional binders; the operation is simple and time is saved; the process is environmentally friendly; the bond strength is high, and the quality performance of the graphene fibers themselves, such as in mechanical strength and conductivity, may be maintained. The present invention has great research and application value for further preparation of excellent two-dimensional graphene fiber fabrics or three-dimensional network block materials.
