Abstract:
A self-ligation type orthodontic bracket is disclosed. The self-ligation type orthodontic bracket, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a bracket main body having formed on one side thereof an attachment surface which is attached to teeth; a wire holder coupling to the bracket main body and having a slot disposed by having an orthodontic wire inserted therein; and a slot-opening/closing rotatable elastic cover elastically coupling to the outer wall of the wire holder while partially covering the outer wall of the wire holder, and in order to open/close the slot, being capable of rotating to an open position where the slot is opened, and a shielding position where the slot is shielded.
