Abstract:
A self - lock manual tightening drill chuck includes a chuck body(1), a plurality of jaws(4), a nut(3), a front sleeve(2) and a rear sleeve(9).The jaws (4) mesh with the nut (3) via threads. The rear sleeve (9) can rotate relative to the chuck body (1) and surround the chuck body (1). Behind the nut (3), a sleeve teeth (21) is provided inner the front sleeve (2).A sleeve part (7) is provided surround the chuck body (1),and can not rotate relative to the chuck body (1). An inner sleeve (8) is disposed on the rear sleeve (9) or is connected with the rear sleeve (9). The inner sleeve (8) can rotate together with the rear sleeve (9).The sleeve part (7) and the inner sleeve (8) has parts for locking the chuck. The chuck is locked by manual control the rear sleeve (9). The self -lock manually tightened chuck can prevent the drill from loosening when it is in work and can be used under being frequently subjected to impact loads.
