Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-locked press pump structure with an external spring, the structure comprising a pump body, a press head, an upper pump rod, a piston, a bottle-locking cap, and a locking cap, wherein the pump body comprises an upper chamber and a lower chamber which form a stepped structure; the locking cap comprises a clamping portion clamped and fixed to a lower portion of the upper chamber, a locking portion extending upward into the upper chamber, and a limiting portion extending downward into the lower chamber; the locking cap is hollow, and the upper pump rod is located on an inner side of the locking cap; an upper end of the upper pump rod passes through the locking cap and is connected to the press head, and a lower end thereof passes through the locking cap and is connected to the piston; a spring is sleeved on an outer side of the upper pump rod, and the spring is disposed within the locking cap; a lower portion of the locking cap is provided with a support portion that protrudes inward to support the spring; an outer side surface of an upper portion of the upper pump rod is provided with a jacking boss for the spring to jack upward; the lower end of the pump body that is located in the lower chamber is provided with a one-way valve for the entry of a liquid; and a locking device is provided between the locking cap and the press head to lock the press head from being pushed down. The pump structure is simple and has a separate pump core, and can be used flexibly and conveniently.
