Abstract:
A self-locking device of an electric hammer is disclosed. The self-locking device comprises a clamping member (1), a cylinder sleeve (3), a gear reducer (2) which is fixedly connected with the clamping member (1), a driven bevel gear (4) which matches with a driving bevel gear, and a knob shaft (5). The front end of the cylinder sleeve (3) is provided in the clamping member (1). The terminal of the cylinder sleeve (3) is provided in the gear reducer (2). The driven bevel gear (4) is provided in the gear reducer (2). The driven bevel gear (4) can ratably sleeve on the terminal of the cylinder sleeve (3) without axially moving. The self-locking device of the electric hammer also comprises a positioning mechanism. The positioning mechanism comprises a positioning element (62) and a topping sheet (61). The positioning element (62) comprises a positioning body (620), a positioning shifting sheet (623), and an elastic collar (624). The gear reducer (2) is provided with the knob shaft (5) which is used for adjusting the gears of an electric hammer. The end face of the knob shaft (5) is provided with an eccentric head (51) which is used for pushing the positioning shifting sheet (623) to move. The invention can ensure that only the chiseling is performed without any rotation when the electric hammer is used for the 'chiseling' gear, and has the advantage of good self-locking performance and can free adjust the angle of the tool when necessary.
