A self-locking screw device comprising: a pair of male and female screw threaded members having mutually different angles, between the thread flanks, the angle of male screw threaded member 'alpha'1 is less than the angle of female screw threaded member 'alpha'2. The self-locking screw device can be manufactured by threading die and tap.
