Abstract:
Disclosed is a self-locking type liquid valve. A liquid passage (11) is formed in a valve body (1), a vertical barrier strip (21) is formed at an inner side wall of the valve body (1), and a recessed tooth (211) is formed at the top end of the barrier strip (21); a lifting handle (5) is mounted at the upper end of a main shaft (3), a sealing plug (4) is mounted at the lower end of the main shaft (3), a lower toothed disc (6) is arranged on the main shaft (3), and an upper toothed disc (7) is rotatably sheathed on the main shaft (3); at least two lateral teeth (71) are formed in the upper toothed disc (7) at intervals, and the distance between two adjacent lateral teeth (71) is consistent with the width of the barrier strip (21); the main shaft (3), the upper toothed disc (7) and lower toothed disc (6) arranged on the main shaft, and the sealing plug (4) are wholly arranged in the valve body (1), the sealing plug (4) is arranged in the liquid passage (11), the lower toothed disc (6) is limited in the valve body (1) in a vertically sliding manner, and tooth peaks (62) of the lower toothed disc (6) are staggered from a tooth peak (2111) of the recessed tooth (211); the lower toothed disc (6) vertically slides in the valve body (1), when the lifting handle (5) drives the main shaft to slide upwards, the lateral teeth are engaged with the recessed tooth, and the liquid passage is opened; and when the lifting handle drives the main shaft to slide downwards, the lateral teeth are separated from the recessed tooth, the lateral teeth are located on two sides of the barrier strip, and the liquid passage is closed. The liquid valve can switch valve states only by one action, and has a self-locking function, such that the liquid valve is relatively labour-saving and convenient to use.
