Abstract:
Disclosed are a self-lubricating rolling bearing and a preparation method therefor, wherein the material ingredients of inner and outer ferrules of the bearing are: 3.4%-3.7% of C, 2.7%-2.9% of Si, 0.3%-0.5% of Mn, 0.3%-0.5% of Cr, S ≤ 0.05%, P ≤ 0.05%, 0.03%-0.045% of a residual magnesium content and the balance of Fe. The material ingredients of a holder of the bearing are: 3.3%-3.5% of C, 2.8%-3.1% of Si, 0.2%-0.3% of Mn, S ≤ 0.05%, P ≤ 0.05%, 0.03%-0.045% of a residual magnesium content and the balance of Fe. The inner and outer ferrules of the bearing are an austempered ductile iron material, the diameter of graphite nodules thereof being ≤ 0.02 mm, the density of the graphite nodules being ≥ 400/mm2. A matrix structure is an "austenite iron structure" clearly observable only under a metallographic microscope of 500 times or more. Finally, a rolling bearing having a self-lubricating function is manufactured.
