Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to suppress yield decreases caused by defects or mounting defects of LED elements in a self-luminous device. Provided is a self-luminous device (100), wherein each pixel (3) includes, as sub-pixels (51, 52), one basic cell (51) and at least one redundant cell (52). The redundant cell (52) includes an LED element (6R, 6G, 6B) that emits light of the same color as at least one LED element of the LED elements (6R, 6G, 6B) of the basic cell (51). The plurality of sub-pixels (51, 52) of each pixel (3) are configured as a sub-pixel group (50) that is an integrated body constituted by a plurality of LED elements (6R, 6G, 6B) that are integrated. An arrangement pitch (D1) of the sub-pixels (51, 52) in the sub-pixel group (50) is smaller than arrangement pitches (D2, D3) of the sub-pixels (51, 52) in adjacent multiple sub-pixel groups (50).
