Abstract:
Provided are a self-oscillating circuit capable of further improving sound quality in a class D amplifier comprising a self-oscillating circuit compared to a conventional circuit, and the like.
A self-oscillating circuit (SB) connected between a signal input terminal (IN) and switching devices (15A) and (15B) connected to a signal output terminal (OUT) is provided with: a current driven voltage-current conversion unit (10) which has an input terminal connected to the signal input terminal (IN) and includes an amplifier element; an integrating capacitor (11) which has one end connected to an output terminal of the voltage-current conversion unit (10) and the other end directly grounded; a feedback resister (14) which is connected between output stages of the switching devices (15A) and (15B) and the one end of the integrating capacitor (11); and a hysteresis comparator (12) which is connected between the one end of the integrating capacitor (11) and a gate driver (13).
