Abstract:
The present invention provides a self-positioning clamping lathe, comprising a lathe body, a rotating main shaft, an automatic material supplementing device, an automatic feeding device and a clamping rotating device; the automatic feeding device comprises a feeding driving component, a cutting component, a self-centering component and a cutting control component; the clamping rotating device comprises a clamping component and a clamping control component; when the automatic feeding device moves towards the rotating main shaft, workpieces falling, at intervals, from the automatic material supplementing device are conveyed into the clamping rotating device, and the self-centering of the workpieces is realized after contacting with the clamping rotating device. In the process of the automatic feeding device continuing to move forwards, the clamping component automatically clamps the workpieces, and the distance between the cutting component and the workpieces is controlled by the cutting control component, achieving integration of automatic loading, positioning, clamping and machining of the workpieces, solving the technical problems in the prior art that the coaxiality between the workpieces and the rotating main shaft is difficult to be ensured during clamping, the machining error is large during machining and the precision is not high.
