Abstract:
The present invention provides a device configuration whereby when there is a liquid (or a solid containing a substantial amount of liquid) on a surface to be subjected to detection, the liquid is detected without resulting in the device or areas where the liquid is not present being contaminated. The present invention provides a self-propelled cleaner (1) including a humidity sensor (16) that detects the humidity around the self-propelled cleaner (1) and a control unit (20) that refers to the detection result from the humidity sensor (16) to control the movement of the self-propelled cleaner (1).
