Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a self-propelled pathogen detection device capable of prioritizing as a detection target region, a place in which pathogens are likely to exist in a space such as the inside of a facility or the like. A self-propelled pathogen detection device (1) according to the present disclosure is provided with: a case; a detection unit (16) for detecting pathogens; a moving mechanism (12) for moving the case; a position acquisition unit (13) for acquiring position information indicating the current position of the case in a space; and a control unit (14) which determines a target region in the space on the basis of information about the flow of human traffic in the space, and controls the moving mechanism (12) to move the case within the target region on the basis of the position information, wherein the detection unit (16) detects the pathogens within the target region.
