Abstract:
A self-service employee demission method and an application server. The method comprises: receiving a demission request applied for by an employee (301); generating, according to the demission request, a demission list (302); sending the demission list to a supervisor account of the relevant department for examining and approving (303); and when it is determined that the supervisor account of the relevant department passes the demission request and when it is detected that there is no unfinished work in the demission list, agreeing with the demission request (306). According to said self-service employee demission method and application server, the demission is self-initiated by the employee, reducing the actual loss of efficiency and workload caused when initiated by an administrator, automatically generating an examination and approval process of internal and external departments, automatically identifying the completion status of service tasks, improving the efficiency of demission examination and approval, and avoiding the consumption of a large amount of manpower and material resources.
