Abstract:
A self-service shopping risk control method and system, the method comprises: a risk control client calls a camera device to perform image capturing on a purchased commodity (S201), and obtains corresponding billing information corresponding to the purchased commodity (S202); the billing information comprises: at least one of order information, user information and payment account information; the risk control client uploads the captured image and the obtained billing information to a risk control server (S203); the risk control server, after receiving the image and the billing information uploaded by the risk control client, identifies the commodity information in the image and obtains the purchased commodity information according to the billing information (S204); the risk control server checks whether the identified commodity information is consistent with the obtained purchased commodity information; if not, a risk control alert is started (S205).
