Abstract:
A self-service vending management system and method. The self-service vending management system comprises: a server (101), a central warehouse management module (102), a distribution management module (103) and at least one self-service vending device (104), wherein the server (101) sends a central warehouse allocation instruction after commodity inventory data of the self-service vending device (104) triggers a pre-set commodity allocation condition (S310); the central warehouse management module (102) retrieves/stores an allocated commodity according to the central warehouse allocation instruction sent by the server (101), and uploads corresponding allocated commodity data to the server (101) (S320); the distribution management module (103) distributes the allocated commodity according to a distribution instruction sent by the server (101) based on the allocated commodity data (S330); the self-service vending device (104) forwards a door opening request initiated by a deliveryman to the server (101), and receives a door opening instruction sent by the server (101), and then opens a cabinet door; and after it is detected that the cabinet door is closed, commodity self-inspection is carried out to determine updated commodities. By means of the system, commodity allocation of the self-service vending device (104) can be effectively managed, thereby guaranteeing the timely distribution and updating of the commodities of the self-service vending device (104).
