Abstract:
A self-start synchronous reluctance motor, comprising a stator and a rotor. The rotor comprises a rotor core (3); the rotor core (3) is formed by laminating punched core sheets having multiple magnetic poles and multiple magnetic barriers; multilayer magnetic barriers arranged at intervals are formed at the positions of the magnetic poles; the distances from two ends of each layer of the magnetic barriers to an air gap are equal; the outermost layers of the multilayer magnetic barriers are first magnetic barrier layers (6), and the rest layers are inner magnetic barrier layers; the first magnetic barrier layers (6) are first aluminum casting cavities formed on the punched core sheets, and aluminum is casted in the first aluminum casting cavities to form first aluminum cast guide bars; the inner magnetic barriers at the odd and even layers are divided into second aluminum casting cavities (7) and first air cavities (9) as well as third aluminum casting cavities (8) and second air cavities (10) that are independent by using the center of the punched core sheets as the center and R1 and R2 as the radius, respectively; aluminum is casted in the second aluminum casting cavities (7) to form second aluminum cast guide bars; aluminum is casted in the third aluminum casting cavities (8) to form third aluminum cast guide bars; and the first aluminum cast guide bars, the second aluminum cast guide bars, and the third aluminum cast guide bars are in short-circuited connection to form an uneven starting cage. The motor has a high dynamic torque.
