Abstract:
A self-weighted diaphragm clamping mechanism of a coating machine, the mechanism comprising a workbench that is at least composed of a diaphragm upper pressing plate (2), a diaphragm carrying plate (3), a stopping plate (4) and a base (5), which are mounted within a sealed chamber (1). The diaphragm upper pressing plate (2) may slide along the moving direction of the diaphragm carrier plate (3). When the workbench is closed, the diaphragm carrier plate (3) is covered by a diaphragm, the diaphragm carrier plate (3) moves toward the diaphragm upper pressing plate (2) and pushes the diaphragm upper pressing plate (2), and the diaphragm upper pressing plate (2) clamps the diaphragm between the diaphragm upper pressing plate (2) and the diaphragm carrier plate (3) by relying on gravity. The stopping plate (4) is sealingly attached to the diaphragm carrier plate (3), the diaphragm carrier plate (3) is sealingly attached to the base (5), and a sealed space is formed between the stopping plate (4), the diaphragm carrier plate (3) and the base (5). The weight of the diaphragm upper pressing plate reaches from a hundred kilograms to hundreds of kilograms, and the diaphragm upper pressing plate is naturally pressed downward under the action of gravity such that the diaphragm upper pressing plate abuts against the diaphragm carrier plate and tightly clamps a diaphragm therebetween, thereby preventing same from loosening and keeping same tensioned.
