Abstract:
Provided is a semi-aromatic polyamide fiber which exhibits excellent spinning stability, heat resistance and chemical resistance. This semi-aromatic polyamide fiber is constituted from a plasticizer which has a 5% weight loss temperature of 320°C or higher and a semi-aromatic polyamide resin which has a melting point of 290ºC or higher and in which a dicarboxylic acid component is an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit and the molar ratio of a 1,9-nonanediamine unit, which is a diamine component, and a 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine unit is 70:30-99:1.
