Abstract:
This semi-aromatic polyamide comprises an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component, an aliphatic diamine component, and a monocarboxylic acid component, has a melting point of at least 300°C, and is characterized by the monocarboxylic acid component containing a monocarboxylic acid having a molecular weight of at least 140, and the amount of the monocarboxylic acid component contained being 1-8 mass%.
