Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of biological sample storage, and discloses a semi-automated whole plate-type sample storage and retrieval device. The device comprises a low-temperature storage tank, a basket lifting mechanism and a plate frame operating mechanism; an upper end of the low-temperature storage tank is provided with a storage and retrieval channel hole, a lifting channel being located above and in communication with the storage and retrieval channel hole, and the lifting basket may ascend and descend in the lifting channel; the basket lifting mechanism is disposed at an upper part of the lifting channel and may lift and remove the basket; and the plate frame operating mechanism is disposed at a lower part of the lifting channel, so as to push a plate frame in the basket out of the lifting channel. The present application not only can solve the unaddressed and unresolved problems related to the semi-automated aspect of preventing slipping of a side of a plate frame, and precise storage and retrieval, but can also implement whole-plate type storage and retrieval functionality, as well as improve verticality during a lifting and lowering process of a basket, enabling rapid removal of the basket, and thus improving mobility.
