Abstract:
A semi-automatic clamping plate apparatus comprises a clamping mechanism and a
connecting rod mechanism. The clamping mechanism is provided on the second working
table (11), and the connecting rod mechanism is provided on the first working
table (1). A damper (2) and a plurality of supporting members (4) are provided on
the first working table (1). The supporting members (4) are respectively connected to
a driven connecting rod (6) by several additional connecting rods (5A, 5B) and
a driving rocker (7). An end of the driven connecting rod (6) is connected to the
damper (2) by the first spring (3), and other end of the driven connecting rod (6)
is connected to an end of the driving rocker (7). The other end of the driving rocker
(7) is in contact with the undersurface of a sliding block (9). The sliding block
(9) is connected to a sliding wheel (10) by the second connecting rod (8), which
passes through an intersection point of the first connecting rod (12) and the
sliding block (9). The sliding block (9) is connected to a pressing jig (14) by
the first connecting rod (12) passing through the first working table (1). A support
bracket (15) is provided on the second working table (11). The pressing jig (14)
is connected to the support bracket (15) by the second spring (13).
