The present invention relates to a semi-automatic coupler for connecting rebars used in construction sites and, more specifically, to a semi-automatic coupler for connecting rebars, the semi-automatic coupler having excellent assembly properties and a binding force according to structural improvements so as to prevent an assembly deformation, in which an initial assembly status of a plurality of pieces is deformed, facilitating insertion of rebars to improve a working efficiency, and allowing selection of an automatic coupling or a semi-automatic coupling according to a working environment. According to the present invention, through a structural improvement of a shape maintaining guide which supports the plurality of pieces, excellent assembly properties and binding force are provided and the assembly deformation, in which the initial assembly status of the plurality of pieces is deformed, can be prevented. Thus, the rebars can be easily inserted, and the operating efficiency can be improved. Moreover, an effect of selecting one of an automatic fastening performed via a first coupler body and a semi-automatic fastening performed via a second coupler according to the working environment is achieved.
