Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of abrasive and grinding tools, and specifically disclosed thereby are a semi-automatic distributing device for brazing an ultra-hard abrasive saw blade and a working method therefor, comprising a rack, a distributing frame, a tool platform, an angle switching oil cylinder, a rotary cross beam, a saw blade tool rotary motor, a distributing walking motor, a diamond vibrating hopper, a guide rail, a glue disc, a solder disc, and a material disc position switching motor. The semi-automatic distributing device for brazing an ultra-hard abrasive saw blade and a working method therefor of the present invention have the following beneficial effects: 1. a simple structure, easy to fabricate, a steel frame structure may be welded and connected, components are mostly standard components, and easy to assemble; 2. the device occupies a small amount of space and is flexible, although a saw blade has many specifications and a saw blade tool is heavy, however the present device achieves a distribution function while occupying a relatively small space, and space costs are saved; and 3. costs are low, operation is simple, easy to popularize, and the device is suitable for industrial production and use.
