Provided is a semi-automatic golf ball server. A plurality of golf club insertion holes (2) are arranged at one side of a ball server (1). A mobile phone placement recess (3) is arranged at one side of the ball server, such that a mobile phone can be used to photograph or record a ball game in real time. A plurality of golf balls are gathered at a recessed ball collection portion (121), pass through a ball dropping opening (122) to freely enter a ball slide (112), and slide to a distal end of the ball slide, where the balls wait to be discharged from a ball discharge hole (111). Pressing a pedal with the foot causes a transmission shaft (115) to rotate, such that a rotating rod (117) rises to raise a ball raising rod (114), and the ball raising rod (114) simultaneously raises a ball, thereby allowing the ball to cross a rolling restriction plate (113A) and roll out of the ball discharge hole (111). When rolling out of the ball discharge hole (111), the weight of the ball pushes a ball delivery member (118) to rotate downwards, such that the ball rolls on the ball delivery member (118) toward a ball release hole (119). The ball passes through the ball release hole (119) to reach a specified location. After the ball has rolled out of the ball release hole (119), a weight block is used to reset the ball delivery member (118) to a vertical position until the next ball rolls out.
