Abstract:
A semi-circular zipper and sliders (5, 6) used cooperatively, comprising: zipper teeth (1), a top stop (4), and a toothed zipper belt. A left tooth (11) and a right tooth (12) are disposed at the root of each of the zipper teeth (1); the left teeth (11) and the right teeth (12) are curved toward each other. The top of each of the zipper teeth (1) is provided with an engaging boss (14) on one side and an engaging groove (15) on the other side; the engaging bosses (14) and the engaging grooves (15) are in engagement connection. The longitudinal section of each of the zipper teeth (1) is a right-angled arc, and every two of the zipper teeth (1) are engaged to form a semi-circular zipper tooth (1). The top stop (4) comprises an upper end portion (41) and a lower end portion (42); the cross section of the upper end portion (41) is an arc, and the bottom surface of the lower end portion (42) is a horizontal plane or an inclined plane; the top stop (4) is engaged on the inner side of the toothed zipper belt by means of a first engaging groove (43). Because the engaged zipper teeth (1) are semi-circular, the surface on the outer side thereof is a smooth curved surface, and the surface on the inner side thereof is a flat surface; articles and skin are prevented from being pressed by the inner side of the zipper teeth (1) during use, thereby increasing safety and comfort and also reducing the use of raw materials and reducing production cost.
