Abstract:
A semi-combinatory gear transmission, comprising a parallel shaft gear transmission mechanism (PT) and a single row planetary gear mechanism (XP), the parallel shaft gear transmission mechanism (PT) comprising: an input shaft (3), an output shaft (1), an intermediate shaft (5), and a reverse shaft (7); two or more drive gears (4, 25, 31, 42, 47, 54, 96) are provided on the input shaft (3), and the input shaft (3) is also provided with a clutch set (23) or a synchronizer; the intermediate shaft (5) and the output shaft (1) are provided with driven gears (13, 6, 24, 2, 32, 73, 41, 43, 49, 51, 55) and a clutch (9, 10, 26, 27, 33, 44, 45, 48, 52, 53); the intermediate shaft (5) is connected to a sun gear (19) of the single row planetary gear mechanism (XP), and the output shaft (1) is connected to the second output main gear (21); the first output main gear (20) and the second output main gear (21) simultaneously engage with an output driven gear (22) to output power; the sun gear (19) of the single row planetary gear mechanism (XP) is connected to the intermediate shaft (5), and a planetary frame (18) is connected to the first output main gear (20); a high and low speed synchronizer (15) controls a change between low and high speed gears of the single row planetary gear mechanism (XP). When the high and low speed synchronizer (15) engages with the housing engagement teeth (17), a low speed gear is achieved, and when the high and low speed synchronizer (15) engages with the engagement teeth (14) of the sun gear, a high speed gear is achieved.
