Abstract:
A semi-finished touchscreen tester based on magnetic switches (6), comprising a work chassis (1) provided therein with an open/short circuit test module and a capacitance test module and, provided on the work chassis (1), a test board (2), a test platform (3), and the magnetic switches (6). The magnetic switches (6) comprise first connecting terminals (61) serving as common terminals, second connecting terminals (62) serving as normally open terminals, and third connecting terminals (63) serving as normally closed terminals, where the first connecting terminals (61) are electrically connected to the test board (2), the second connecting terminals (62) are electrically connected to the open/short circuit test module, the third connecting terminals (63) are electrically connected to the capacitance test module, the test platform (3) is used for holding a product to be tested, and the test platform (3) is docked with the test board (2), thus allowing the test product to be electrically connected to the test board (2). The semi-finished touchscreen tester based on the magnetic switches (6) employs the magnetic switches (6) in place of conventional probes as connectors, thus reducing the maintenance frequency of the tester and reducing maintenance costs. In addition, the tester also is provided with a high degree of compatibility and the function of testing for a capacitance value in addition to testing for an open/short circuit value.
