Abstract:

A semi-hollow rivet laser shock forming and synchronous riveting method and device, relating to the technical field of laser processing and manufacturing. A pulse laser induced impact force is used as a deformation drive force, and a cylindrical upper female die (4) having a cross section of an annular array structure is selected, the upper female die (4) being capable of moving axially and rotating around an axis. A plate (3) for manufacturing a hollow rivet is placed on the upper female die (4); a part to be riveted (5) is placed under the upper female die (4); a rivet blank (7) is obtained from the plate (3) by laser blanking; the blank (7) falls onto the part to be riveted (5); the upper female die (4) has a misalignment with the array structure of the blank (7) by moving axially and rotating around the axis, so that the blank (7) is tightly pressed onto the part to be riveted (5); a lower female die (6) is placed under the part to be riveted (5); a laser impact force is used for carrying out drawing, expansion and other processes on the blank (7), and then the blank (7) gradually forms a semi-hollow rivet; and the semi-hollow rivet forms a riveting structure together with the part to be riveted (5).
