Abstract:
A semi-open type flow guide boosting impeller, comprising a shaft sleeve (1) used for installation, wherein a side wall of the shaft sleeve (1) is provided with a guide part (2) and a centrifugal part (3); the guide part (2) comprises a plurality of inclined guide vanes (21); the centrifugal part (3) comprises a plurality of centrifugal blades (31), and the end of each centrifugal blade (31) is provided with a booster blade (4); an obtuse angle (α) is formed between the booster blade (4) and a drainage surface (311) of the centrifugal blade (31); the guide part (2), the centrifugal part (3) and a bottom plate (5) are stacked in an axial direction along the shaft sleeve (1); a drainage plate (6) is also provided between the guide part (2) and the centrifugal part (3), and the guide part (2) is in communication with the centrifugal part (3) by means of a communication hole (61) of the drainage plate (6). The present impeller improves the transmission pressure and transmission effect of a water pump.
