Abstract:
Disclosed is a semiautomatic wire-stripping method, wherein a semiautomatic wire-stripping apparatus operates automatically, after a wire has been set manually, so as to be able to peel off the wire with a high-precision stripping length, and so as to be able to air-suck the peel-off refuse with reliability and ease. The semiautomatic wire-stripping method is provided with: a step for making wire-grasping pawls grasp a wire (9) with a closing motion, in response to a sequence-control starting signal; a step for slide-driving blades (22) to a terminal-section cutting position that is more to the front than the tip of the wire; a step (Fig. 6B) for completely cutting the wire including the core (9a) thereof, by making the blades (22) take a closing motion at the terminal-section cutting position in a state of having a wire stopper (24) make a retreating motion to a clearance position, and then recovering the refuse by suction; a step (Fig. 6C) for slide-driving the blades (22) to a prescribed stripping-length position, and making the blades (22) take a closing motion in accordance with the thickness of a sheathe (9b) of the wire, to cut the sheathe (9b); and a step (Fig. 6D) for slide-driving the blades (22) to a position more to the backward side than the terminal-section cutting position, with the blades (22) maintained at the sheathe-cutting state, and having peeled-off sheathe (9b) with the stripping-length be suction-recovered as wire refuse.
