Abstract:
This semiconductor apparatus comprises a plurality of semiconductor elements. Each of the semiconductor elements has first to third electrodes, and is on/off controlled between the first and second electrodes in accordance with a drive signal input to the third electrode. The first electrodes of the plurality of semiconductor elements are electrically connected to each other, and the second electrodes of the plurality of semiconductor elements are electrically connected to each other. The semiconductor apparatus further comprises: a control terminal to which the drive signal is input; a first wiring portion connected to the control terminal; a second wiring portion; a plurality of third wiring portions; a first connecting member providing electrical continuity between the first wiring portion and the second wiring portion; a second connecting member providing electrical continuity between the second wiring portion and each of the plurality of third wiring portions; and a plurality of third connecting members providing electrical continuity between the plurality of third wiring portions and the third electrode of each of the plurality of first semiconductor elements.
