Abstract:
This semiconductor circuit comprises: a first circuit configured to use the voltage of a first node to generate an inverted voltage therefrom and to apply the inverted voltage to a second node; a second circuit configured to use the voltage of the second node to generate an inverted voltage therefrom and to apply the inverted voltage to the first node; a first transistor that, when turned on, connects the first node to a third node; a second transistor that, when turned on, supplies the third node with a first DC voltage; and a first storage unit connected to the third node and having a first storage element capable of assuming a first resistance state or a second resistance state.
