Abstract:
Provided are a semiconductor, a bus bar, and a power conversion device capable of suppressing an increase in the size and inductance of a device while ensuring the insulation performance between terminals. For example, a semiconductor device 1 comprises: a first terminal 110 protruding from a sealing body 100 in a predetermined direction; and a second terminal 120 that is adjacent to the first terminal 110 with a gap therebetween and protrudes from the sealing body 100 in the same direction as the first terminal 110 along the predetermined direction. The first terminal 110 has a first exposure part 112 exposed to the outside of the sealing body 100. The second terminal 120 includes: a second covering part 121 protruding from the sealing body 100 and covered with an insulation material; and a second exposure part 122 protruding from the second covering part 121 and exposed to the outside of the sealing body 100. A distance D2 from a tip portion 121a of the second covering part 121 to the sealing body 100 in the predetermined direction is longer than a distance D1 from a tip portion 112a of the first exposure part 112 to the sealing body 100 in the predetermined direction.
