Abstract:
Provided is a semiconductor device with which drive capacity can be changed as appropriate. This semiconductor device (100A) comprises first to third circuits (102, 103, 101) and a first holding circuit (SH2) that comprises a first holding unit (node ND2) and holds a first potential. The first circuit (102) has a function for changing the first potential of the first holding unit (node ND2) to a second potential, and the second circuit (103) has a function for generating a bias current based on the second potential or the first potential of the first holding unit (node ND2). The third circuit (101) comprises first to third terminals (TLa4, Thai, TLa2), and has a function in which the bias current is supplied to the first terminal (TLa4) to generate a third potential in accordance with an input potential to the second terminal (TLai) and to output the third potential from the third terminal (TLa2). Such being the case, the amount of bias current generated in the second circuit (103) is increased or decreased by the first circuit (102).
